Yay! The cold’s moved out of my sinuses! I’m getting laryngitis instead! People who’ve had a sinus infection know why I’m so happy. :-)

On the other hand, my voice has been steadily been getting weaker throughout the day… I had to squeak out “Just a water cup, please” at Burger King tonight.

I’ve been playing Fallout lately. I borrowed Ryan’s copy last week and have had a nice time of it so far. It’s just like those old interactive fiction games I love, but with clicking!

Angela’s been sent to a psychiatric hospital for an unspecified amount of time– basically until they think she can survive the real world with the help of a little Prozac.

I told my sister I’d go home the weekend before he birthday– but I didn’t realize I had a zoology lab midterm that week, and the reviews are that weekend. I’ll still go, but I don’t think I’ll be able to stay home as long as I had hoped.

This Valentine’s Day is going to be interesting. Ryan and I want to see Daredevil somewhere during the weekend (as a date, I suppose, although most of our scheduled dates have sucked. We do better with things like grocery shopping.). Ryan got him mom’s recipe for a really good spaghetti salad and we’re going to try to make that on Friday (I’ll perhaps post the recipe to the Recipe forum, as it’s pretty easy to make). Ryan suggested we make the salad together when I offered him the opportunity to get out of having to do anything special if he made brownies with me for Valentine’s Day. Kea should be leaving at 3pm tomorrow, which would render the weekend nearly perfectly set-up if I wasn’t sick.

I’ve been trying not to get everybody else around me sick, as I hang out in Ryan and Paul’s dorm so much and I’d hate for them to get sick. So I’ve been washing my hands after blowing my nose, after coughing into them, before touching anything like laptops or actual lap tops, that kind of thing. Well, one lap and two pair of arms and shoulders, I suppose.

Hmmmm… judging by that last statement, I think it’s time I went to bed. :-)
