This 4th of July was better than the last, at least. Last 4th I watched a movie with a rather annoying kid from band b/c all my good friends were in Australia.

This 4th, though, was a bit different. I went to a network party, but didn’t bring my computer, for two reasons. 1– the hosts are Southern Baptist extremists, and I have to leave before I’m ready to, always. 2– my psu is acting all fubared, and lately whenever it’s unplugged from a power source it doesn’t want to turn on again without much hassle. And it’s out of warranty.

I woke up in a pretty bad mood today, but I felt a lot better after some Warcraft III and Counterstrike. Of course, when I was finally getting in a super mood and having tons of fun, I had to leave. It was only 11pm! I was in a pretty bad mood again, but the South Park movie came on Comedy Central and that started to fix it. About twenty minutes into it, Ryan gave me a call! That lifted my spirits much more than I expected. Much to my happiness, he decided to not go to his boss’s party and get plastered. That phone call improved my mood greatly– now I’m not angrily surfing around waiting to get tired enough to sleep.
