1. Take 50mg dipenhydramine HCl (that’s Benadryl to you people who buy brand names)
2. Take a shower while waiting for Benadryl to kick in
3. Praise my pharmacological category of “rapid metabolizer”
4. Do not set the alarm

Benadryl has failed me.
I woke up at 9am this morning.
I am deeply confused.
I am more hungry than confused right now, so I will not worry about it until after eating.
