HFCS: effika’s blog

Physics royally fucked me over, as some of you may know. The exam was much harder than we were lead to believe, nobody finished with time to spare, and it’s something like 40% of the final grade.

Organic chemistry, however, I am beating into submission. I found out I made a high B on the exam and the ch 12 quiz. The B’s + my ch 10 quiz C all average out to a nice solid B. This makes me extremely happy. I am not some ignorant fool, as physics would leave me to believe!

Busy weekend/week.

Watched Pirates of the Caribbean with Ryan and Chuck. (Johnny Depp + Orlando Bloom + Pirate outfits = Niiiiice)

Got Sean to go to Quizno’s with me /and/ take me shopping for food. I was able to get almost everything on my list! Normally when I shop I bring a big list but only buy a few items. Not having food around has caused many problems lately, and I hope to alleviate those promptly. I still need to swing by Albertson’s and Homeland for some produce, but I should be stocked up well for the week. I spent 3 times what I normally spend on groceries.

Next week is Spring Break. I’m trying to maximize hanging-out time with people while also working a /lot/ of hours at the lab. Money is good, I’ve discovered.
