Friday:Indedpendant Study, French 3.
You know you’ve been in school too long when in the first week nothing major really happens, school or friend-drama. I did set a chicken breast ablaze in the microwave (aftermath), helped chalk the campus to advertise the OUImprov! show, ate with Paul, and put off homework, but no “omghelp my class sucks I don’t know what to do” or “so-and-so won’t sit next to me in lecture”. Ah, the things I thought were important as a Freshman. If only I’d adopted my lazy attitude sooner I think those first 2 years of college would have been much more enjoyable.
As it stands right now I have a French vocab quiz that I need to study for and some molecular lab data that needs data-ing, but I’m just chilling at the computer with the kitten. There’s an OUImprov! show tonight and 2 different parties that need attending afterwards (one beach-themed and one casino-themed), garunteeing that there’s no way I’m studying tonight. I’ll get around to it on Sunday– I’m certain I’ll be too tired to do anything else. Hooray procrastination!
