Home Safely despite Ice Apocalypse

Hi everbody!

I made it back from my training safely. The journey took me almost 4 hours and I progressively lost the usefulness of my windshield wipers as the storm worsened, but I got back without damage.

I only feared for my life a few times. I think the last 45 minutes or so of I-44 were the worst, especially since I didn’t have working windshield wipers at that point.

Also: our mailbox is frozen shut. If it contains Netflix, we will have to wait until the Spring to view.
