It wasn't messy at all. It quite literally is a sticker of nail enamel that hasn't quite dried yet and so feels like a window cling. When you press it to the nail it sticks and stays just like normal nail polish.

The process is super-easy. The only tricky part is getting the enamel lined up when first pressing it to the nail.

I'm not sure if it's worth $8/manicure (or pedicure). However, I know I could definitely squeeze two pedicures out of one set. The only trick would be keeping the other stickers packaged up from drying (which, if you're careful when peeling, you can do so).

If you can get a free/discounted set, there's no question about how awesome the no-drying-time bit is.

So far it's acted just like any Avon nail polish-- no chips, peels ect yet and it's been about a week.

What do you think of the nail enamel? I've seen that various times in my mom's Avon books, but I've never seen it used, or run across anyone who's used it. I'm curious about it, though. Was it messy? Difficult? Easy as pie?

Inquiring minds, and all that. :)
